Interior Design Inspiration

One of my goals for this site was to develop some furnishings inspiration boards to post on the blog. I have the most rudimentary Photoshop skills but, here is a first attempt to pull the pieces for a room together and mount them on a virtual sample board.
This inspiration comes from a photo from flickr which, has a Chinese red background with scroll work in bronze and overlaid by a beautiful gold necklace. So here is as a scheme for a living room taking the color combination and mood from the photo.

We still need a sofa, and another end table, and some art…..
…..but you can see where this is headed. Let me know what you think and I’ll roll them out occasionally.
